We had a worker come out to our home in Morton on Monday 2/12 to get an estimate for a repair (our kitchen ceiling sprung a small leak on Super Bowl Sunday and this was the soonest they could come). Well, it’s 9 days after the worker came out and we still don’t have that estimate. We were clearly forgotten about. So unprofessional.

Update: Posted the same review on Yelp the same day. It was mysteriously removed. Also only got a call from the company the day after I posted negative reviews to FB, yelp, and Google.
